The Illumination of Conscience will be experienced by every person on the earth except small children.

We don’t know the date, but we know that it will come when there is much chaos in the world and persecution against the Church. People will react in different ways to the Illumination: Some will be in disbelief, totally rejecting the event; others will acknowledge the event, but question its validity; still others will think the Warning doesn’t apply to them; and finally, there will be the majority group who will take the Illumination to heart and know it applies to them. Sinners will find themselves alone with their conscience before God. They will see all their sins and what their sins have caused. Non-believers will feel the fear of God. It would be a good assumption to believe that millions of sinners will repent and be restored to God’s grace.

The Illumination of Conscience, a preview of the Last Judgment, will be a super natural event coming directly from God to all mankind throughout the world. God will infuse every soul with His Truth, which will penetrate it, illuminate it, and raise it to an enlightened state of understanding. God will direct His attention to each person, believer or non-believer alike. Every person will see the state of their soul as God sees it as well as their eternal destination if they were to die that day. They will see something like a video of all the good and bad that had occurred in their life up to the moment of the Illumination. They will see their sins and the consequences of those sins on people.

From compassion and love for His children, God will gift them with a wake-up call when He sees their lives in such darkness, turning away from Him and toward evil. It will come because God wants to heal and save His children, and give them hope that His mercy and love are greater than all the sins that they will ever commit. It will serve to correct the conscience of the world. God will prove to us that He does indeed exist, and that He wants our salvation. It is intended to strengthen the faith of believers and to convert non-believers who would have no chance of redemption.

All light in the heavens will be extinguished, and there will be great darkness over the entire world. Then the sign of the cross will be seen in the sky, and from the openings where the hands and the feet of the Savior were nailed will come forth great lights which will light up the earth and illuminate every person’s conscience.
